A hot tub is for soaking: four to eight seats, jets, water around 100–104°F. A swim spa is longer — typically 12 to 20 feet — with a current you can swim or exercise against, and it doubles as a large hot tub. Yes, and we'd rather you did. Several tubs on our floor are filled and hot, so you can sit in a seat, feel the jets and hear how quietly it runs. Walk in during showroom hours (Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, 10 to 4) or book a private showing and tell us which ones you want to sit in.

Every week one unit on our floor goes on the homepage at a price below its regular listed price. It runs for seven days, then the price goes back to the listing price. It's already the lowest we go on that unit, so it isn't eligible for price matching.
